Systems Component
This is the part of the system that enables the execution of your facility's emergency care algorithms and operating procedures. It is in this area that job actions can be modified and your facility's specific organizational chart can be built. It ensures that both private and public messages get to the proper people using the most efficient processes possible.
Incident Command Component
This is the piece of the system that is the beating heart of any incident management effort. Accessed by only those designated in incident command and the section chiefs, this module also acts as the clearing house for all incoming and outgoing information related to the incident or drill.
Intelligence Dissemination Component
A virtual newsroom, this module enables facilities to post news and information while distributing it to select audiences. Rights-restricted access can be controlled for various audiences with the push of a button.

Information Management Component
A secure storehouse for facility, staff and patient status reports, incident updates, news releases, policies and procedures, photos, charts, and other emergency information. This module enables the hospital to designate access rights for selected users from within the organization. It also facilitates news dissemination to other first responders and the media.
Contacts Component
The emergency contacts list is housed in this module. Within this element, group distribution lists can be built for employees, vendors, media, and public officials. Perfect for the Joint Information Center (JIC) and Incident Command, the contacts module allows for user-secured access.
Training Component
This area enables clinical and support staff to meet federal, state and site-specific training and certification requirements. Distance education, virtual classes and online training modules are accessible, with fully functional online testing and results delivery mechanisms.
